Your Profile

We are looking for field professionals (Senegalese nationals or local residents) who are proactive and have strong interpersonal skills.

  • Commercial experience: You have a proven track record in sales and customer advising.
  • Local knowledge: You reside in Senegal and perfectly understand the Petite Côte market.
  • Digital tools: You are comfortable using IT tools on a daily basis.
  • Prerequisites: You have your own vehicle, a computer, and initial working capital.

Your Field Missions

As an independent advisor, you manage your business from start to finish:

  • Prospecting: Identify and list quality properties (villas, apartments, land) that meet current demand.
  • Appraisal: Value properties at the right price based on current local market realities.
  • Transaction: Organize viewings and connect sellers with local and international buyers.
  • Follow-up: Support your clients right through to the final signing, ensuring a secure and transparent legal framework.
